Also we are only a stone's throw from the Old Town area with its colourful streets and buildings, boutique shopping and special restaurants. In spite of this proximity, once you walk through our garden gate, you can turn your back on the fast pace of the city. Our park is the largest private one in Basel. If you book in advance, we can prepare it for anything from a romantic wedding reception to a casual barbecue...or almost anything else in between. Our romantic-classical building is a listed historical structure, reminiscent of a manor house on an English country estate. We are proud that within this ambience we have managed to set up 74 modern yet cozy rooms, with the comforts of a 3-star hotel, plus 18 diverse, and well-liked meeting rooms. We continually renovate in order to make our facility even better, but we always do this with respect for its historical status. Want to know what things make our hearts beat faster?
